Thanks to your support, Mosaic Mall Kohoku Store is celebrating its 1st anniversary. We will be running a campaign starting December 7th. There will be a lion dance performance on December 7th.

December 7, 2024: Fukumanen Mosaic Mall Kohoku Store (Center Kita, Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama City) opened on the 5th floor of Mosaic Mall Kohoku.

Fukumanen was able to celebrate its 28th anniversary since opening its main store in Beimen Street, Chinatown. To commemorate this occasion, we will start offering special courses at our three Yokohama Chinatown stores. All of Fukumanen's courses incorporating popular Chinese cuisine. Thank you.

We have made the websites of stores in tourist destinations such as Yokohama Chinatown, Yokohama Minato Mirai, and Hakkeijima Sea Paradise compatible with inbound tourists. It is bilingual (Japanese and English).

On December 20, 2022, our restaurant's "Peking duck walk and eat." was introduced on the popular actor Takeru Sato's YouTube channel "Ken Sato Channel." Along with the Peking duck, the shark fin soup is also a gourmet food shop that has received rave reviews, with people saying, "Wow!"

We have opened a new store on the restaurant floor of mioka Kamiooka store in Yokohama City, offering gyoza and reasonably priced Chinese cuisine supervised by executive chef Fukumanen.

We started Fukumanen TV, where you can learn about Fukumanen's delicious dish. We plan to provide a variety of information centered on Chinese cuisine. The first one is " Sichuan-Style fish in a Spicy Hot Sauce", one of Sichuan's most representative dishes.

In November 2013, “Steamed Pumpkin and Shrimp” submitted by the head chef of the main restaurant won the runner-up grand prize at the Yokohama Chinatown Gourmet Festival!!
